By signing and returning the enrolment form members are agreeing to the following terms:

  • Members must join for a minimum of three months.
  • One month’s payment will be taken as a joining fee.
  • Payments are to be made monthly by Direct Debit.
  • Members must have their Membership Card available at all times when on the school site (replacement cards £1).
  • Membership may be cancelled by either party in writing at one month’s notice.
  • No smoking or alcohol are permitted on school premises.
  • Members will respect the fabric and property of the school at all times.
  • Members will quote their Membership Number on all correspondence.
  • The school may occasionally require use of the facilities during members’ sessions. Maximum notice will be given to members on such occasions.
  • Care will be taken at all times when driving on school premises and a site speed limit of 5mph observed.
  • Joint membership will be granted for two adults (over 18) living at the same address, paying fees in one transaction.
  • Family Swim Sessions apply to the children or grandchildren (under 18) of the adult member.
  • Members bringing children to Family Swim Sessions must ensure minimum adult to child ratios are met. (See Centre Staff for guidance.)
  • Centre Staff should be made aware of any relevant medical conditions, including allergies, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy and heart conditions.
